Hi, I'm Sandra.
After ten years in recruitment and HR, I noticed a pattern. The people who struggled most weren't the ones lacking talent or ambition. They were the ones who'd never had someone truly listen; someone to help them cut through the noise and trust their own judgment again.
That's what led me to become a certified professional coach.
I combine a decade inside hiring rooms with coaching that's built for people rebuilding their footing in a new country. I know what hiring managers actually look for, what "cultural fit" really means here, and how to turn quiet disorientation into a clear next step.
