Frequently Asked Questions
How do we start?
Every coaching relationship begins with a free intake call: a 20-minute video conversation where we figure out, together, whether coaching is the right tool for what you're looking for. No commitment, no pressure. Just a chance to see if this fits.
If we decide to move forward, you'll receive an agreement outlining the terms and house rules before your first full session, so you know exactly what to expect going in.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What we discuss in our sessions stays between us. The only exceptions are if I'm required to by a judge, or if I believe you're at serious risk of harming yourself. Outside of that, everything shared in our sessions is treated as confidential.
What's your coaching philosophy?
I work from the belief that people already carry what they need: their own resourcefulness, their own answers. Nobody who comes to coaching is broken or needs fixing. My role isn't to tell you what to do with your life. That's not my place, and it wouldn't actually help you. Instead, I ask direct, sometimes uncomfortable questions that help you reflect and find your own next step.
Will you give me advice?
Not in the way you might expect. I won't hand you a life plan or tell you what choice to make. What I will do is challenge you: ask the questions you might be avoiding, and help you get honest with yourself about what you actually want.
How often do sessions happen?
Most clients book a 60-minute session twice a month. That rhythm gives enough time to think things through, and enough space between sessions to put it into practice.
How long does coaching usually take?
Most trajectories run about 7 to 10 sessions, though it really depends on what you're working through and what you want to get out of it. Some people come with a specific goal and wrap up sooner; others use the space for something bigger and stay longer.
Will you look for a job for me as part of career coaching?
No, that's not what coaching is. I won't apply on your behalf or hand you job listings. What I will do is help you get clear on what you're actually looking for, sharpen how you present yourself, and work through whatever's been holding you back in the process. The job search is yours; I'm here to help you approach it with more clarity and confidence.
What are my payment options?
You can choose whatever fits how you like to work:
- Pay as you go: book single sessions whenever you need one.
- 3-Session Bundle: save €20 compared to booking individually.
- Monthly Subscription: weekly sessions, for more support and more flexibility if you're working through something bigger.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go next, not on diagnosing or treating past issues. If something comes up that's better suited to therapy, I'll be upfront about that.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before starting?
Not at all. Plenty of clients start out only knowing that something feels off. That's a perfectly good place to begin.
